These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Echo99 (the "Service"), operated by Wirenode s.r.o. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.
Echo99 is a software-as-a-service platform that records virtual meetings on services such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. It generates transcripts, summaries and basic analytics to help you recall what was discussed. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may change over time.
You are responsible for your account and for any activity occurring under it. You agree to:
All recordings, transcripts and summaries generated through the Service remain your property. We store your data securely and do not use it to train large language models. You may download or delete your recordings at any time through the Service interface. Our collection and use of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may be offered under free or paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing or add new services from time to time; we will give you reasonable notice of any significant changes.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality (excluding your data) are and will remain the exclusive property of Wirenode s.r.o. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Wirenode s.r.o., its directors, employees or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date below. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
