Before you write
The FAQ and Getting started answer most setup questions.
For a bug, tell us your macOS version, your echo99 version (shown in Config → About), and what happened just before. A debug log helps: in Config → Debug, turn on Write diagnostics to debug.log, reproduce the problem, then attach debug.log from your recordings folder.
